Wrapping paper can be recycled using your local council's kerbside recycling bin, bag or box and at your local Household Waste Recycling Centre. If the paper has a decorative coating or shiny / glossy surface it should be disposed of in your local council's kerbisde residual bin.
Paper products are some of the most valuable recyclable materials. Most clean papers are recyclable. Look out for stains such as grease, food, paint, dirt, etc. or any plastics or coatings. If the paper contains any of these it cannot be recycled. Shredded paper also cannot be recycled due to fibre size.
