Food tins
Food tins can be recycled both in your kerbside recycling bin, box or bag and at your local Recycling Centre. Empty and rinse the tin and pop the lids inside.
METAL FACTS:
- The kerbside recycling process is only designed to sort steel and aluminium cans and tins and they should be empty and rinsed clean of food / liquid.
- Larger metal metals items can be recycled at any Household Waste Recycling Centre in Merseyside and Halton.
