Car tyres

Please do not put tyres in your local council’s kerbside residual or recycling bin, box or bag.

Car tyres (to a maximum of 4 tyres per visit) can be recycled at your local Household Waste Recycling Centre.

Some automotive waste is recyclable and some needs to be disposed of safely.
Small amounts of automotive waste can be put into the kerbside residual bin provided by your council.
Larger and more specialist items can be taken to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre.
