Dead flowers
Dead flowers are not accepted in your local council’s kerbside residual or recycling bin, box or bag. Your local council may offer a free or paid for kerbside green waste collection. GARDEN WASTE FACTS:
- Garden waste, such as grass cuttings, weeds, prunings and leaves, can be recycled at all of Merseyside's and Halton's Household Waste Recycling Centres.
- Most councils run a kerbside collection scheme for green and garden waste - some charge for the service so please check directly in your area.
- Don't include bricks, rubble or excess soil in your green and garden waste bin.
