Deodorant and hairspray cans (aerosols)
Deodorant cans are not accepted in most local council’s kerbside recycling bin, box or bag or at your local Household Waste Recycling Centre. Deodorant cans can be disposed of in your local council’s kerbside residual bin.
METAL FACTS:
- The kerbside recycling process is only designed to sort steel and aluminium cans and tins and they should be empty and rinsed clean of food / liquid.
- Larger metal metals items can be recycled at any Household Waste Recycling Centre in Merseyside and Halton.
